This is a hand signed matted 8"x8" print of an original watercolor painting titled "A Snail's Journey". Each image is printed with archival inks on watercolor paper stock for a long lasting print resistant to fading. For every print sold, I will be donating 10% of the profit to wildlife rehab facilities, organizations & sanctuaries.
The Snail's Story: The meeting of this snail began on a fresh spring morning as I was out bike riding on country roads. I was flying down a hill with a lovely breeze hitting my face when I noticed a tiny snail in the middle of the road. As per usual, I parked my bike and walked over to the creature on his wildly long journey. I picked him up and moved him in the direction he was headed to some soft spongy moss across the road. I loved the contrast of his spotted shell against the vibrant neon green the moss provided. I took a few pictures and headed home, eager to start this watercolor painting!
